Heather Milne - Business Development

Heather Milne

Business Development | Recruitment Specialist
Heather's love for recruitment began in South Africa, where she found that matching people to jobs was her forte.

In 2008, after nine years in Australia, Heather and her family moved to New Zealand where they settled and put their roots down.
In 2010, an opportunity to start her own specialist recruitment agency arose which she naturally jumped at.

Heather currently owns and manages Jigsaw Jobs and recruits within the Dairy & Food manufacturing sectors. Working alongside a fantastic bunch of people at Jigsaw jobs is what keeps her tank full.

Outside of work, Heather has a passion for design and helping out with community initiatives. So, if you don’t find her running around after teenagers, she is lending a hand somewhere needed.

Claire arrived in New Zealand from South Africa, fresh out of school in 2004; ready for her next big adventure…

She studied at the University of Auckland, majoring in Marketing and Finance. 15 years on, she is happily settled into family life in New Zealand and more Kiwi than ever.

Claire’s analytical nature and desire to help others, has led her to Jigsaw Jobs, where specialist recruitment is the right fit for her. She finds working in the Jigsaw family to be exciting as well as fulfilling; knowing that she can help to improve the lives of others.

Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach, camping and relaxing at home.

Jackie and her family moved from South Africa to New Zealand.

Jackie's journey as a recruiter started 16 years ago. She has a passion for working with people and helping them find their dream job. She believes that being genuine, nurturing, and professional are essential combinations, all of which she lives by.



She's honoured to be part of the Jigsaw team. The team where we place the right people for the right fit.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her loved ones and enjoys sports and fishing.
Marlize Le Roux - Accounts & Process Operations

Marlize Le Roux

Marlize and her family moved from South Africa to New Zealand in 2015 where they have loved becoming part of the Kiwi community and putting down roots in this amazing country.

Having begun her career in the Finance department of a large multi-national company, Marlize joined the Jigsaw Jobs team in 2017 and is responsible for accounts and administrative support.

Marlize enjoys the vibrant, family centered team dynamic at Jigsaw Jobs, as well as the focus on adding value to the people we work with – both clients and candidates.  

In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends, reading, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen and playing guitar.
Amy McColl - Lead Generator

Amy has a background in the education sector where she sourced work placements for motivated learners. In addition, she designed individual learning programmes, formal workplace training and assessment opportunities, which ultimately lead young people to apprenticeships, full time work or further tertiary training.

What she loved most was making connections with businesses in the community; meeting people who truly saw the value in training their people.

Working with Jigsaw Jobs, Amy specialises in these vital industries and forms part of an exciting team that has their client’s best interests at heart.

When Amy isn’t working, you can find her with her kids, volunteering in the community, playing netball or making art.
